Addition of an attached garage to the house
The project aimed to add a single garage, seamlessly integrated into the architecture of the existing residence. The goal was to create a functional parking and storage space while enhancing both the aesthetic and practical value of the property.REOVA managed the entire project and carried out all carpentry work, overcoming the challenges of a winter construction site to deliver an impeccable result.
The project began with a major challenge: excavation and pouring of concrete foundations in the middle of winter, requiring rigorous thermal protection of the construction site.
The REOVA team then proceeded with the wood framing for the single garage structure, including the roof and the installation of a contrasting black garage door. To ensure perfect architectural integration, white vinyl siding was installed, subtly blending with the existing residence. Finally, interior finishing work included drywall installation and taping, delivering a functional, ready-to-use space.
Completed over a 12-week period, from January 13 to April 4, this 135 000 $ project clearly demonstrates our ability to take on winter construction challenges while delivering an impeccable result.
