This major expansion project aimed to enlarge the home. As the family living there was growing again, they wanted to add new bedrooms and expand the living space to provide comfort and peace of mind for their household.REOVA’s mandate included full project management as well as the precise execution of carpentry work, with particular attention given to the building envelope and structural integrity.
As demonstrated by the project stages, the work included excavation and insulation of the new slab, ensuring a solid and durable foundation. The integration of the new volume into the original structure required fine carpentry expertise to maximize natural light and improve flow between floors.
Completed between July 6 and September 29, 2025, this 288 000 $ project was delivered on schedule, providing Mathieu and Léa with a modern, functional environment perfectly adapted to their family needs.
