Construction of a fourplex
This large-scale project involved the complete construction of a four-unit residential building in the heart of Sherbrooke. The main objective was to deliver spacious and durable housing units that meet urban density standards while ensuring superior energy performance.REOVA managed the entire project and carried out the carpentry work, transforming a vacant lot into a high-quality residential structure.
The mandate began with excavation and the pouring of massive foundations, followed by the erection of a multi-cell timber structure including joists and prefabricated wall assemblies. The building envelope was sealed with high-performance air barriers before the installation of doors, windows, and exterior cladding.
Inside, the team carried out the framing of interior partitions and finish carpentry work, while coordinating the various trades to deliver a turnkey residential building.
Completed over a 17-week period, between March 18 and July 15, 2025, this 1 250 000 $ project highlights our ability to manage large-scale multi-unit new construction projects while ensuring fast execution and high-quality results.
